NIORDC Ready to Endorse Private LPG Exporters
TEHRAN, Dec. 24 (NIORDC) — Managing Director of the National Iranian Oil Refining & Distribution Company (NIORDC) Alireza Sadighabadi voiced the companys readiness to cooperate with private sector exporters of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).
Addressing a press conference on Sunday, the official said that his company is ready to support private sector exporters of LPG in order to reach out to untapped markets in the world.
"We are ready for in-depth negotiations with private parties in this regard," added Sadighabadi, who is also deputy petroleum minister for refining and distribution affairs.
Regional markets are soaked with LPG and the countrys export of the item has dropped from 700 tons per day to less than 100 tons/day.
